Former Group Executive Director, Muthoot Pappachen/Fincorp Group, he led governance, enterprise oversight and group-wide strategic direction across multiple financial services and other businesses.

Previously served as Director & Country Head – Legal, BNP Paribas India for over 13 years, heading legal, regulatory and governance functions for complex corporate and investment banking operations.

He brings deep expertise in corporate governance, NBFC regulation, enterprise risk, legal & compliance, strategy and institutional development, with strong experience in top level regulatory engagement and organizational transformation.
