Branch Manager
About the Role
A Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of an NBFC branch, including sales,
operations, team management, customer service, collections, compliance, and achievement of business
targets.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good condition and order, of
any properties and / or assets which may be entrusted to you by the Company and
Customers. The Company shall have the right to deduct the money value of all such
properties and / or other assets from your dues and take such other action as it may
deem proper in the event of your failure to account for such properties to the Company’s
satisfaction.
- You shall always maintain high standard / degree of secrecy and keep as confidential the
records, documents and such other information relating to the business of the Company
which may be known to you or confined in you by any means and shall use the same only in
a duly authorized manner in the interest of the Company.
- You shall not borrow or accept any money, gift reward or compensation etc for your
personal gain otherwise place yourself under obligation to any person with whom you may
be having official dealings.
- You should maintain Office discipline and decorum, to be punctual in attendance and to
maintain cordial relation with all the staff in the Branch/Office and with Senior
Officers.
- You shall take the training in with full effort and you have to complete the training in
successful manner so that it will be beneficial for all staffs reporting to you.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree required
- Must experience in NBFC
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Team management, Customer handling, business development and achieving business targets.
